This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between SamBlogs (“we”, “us”, “our”), and you, the Client (“you”, “your”), upon your completion of the onboarding process with SamBlogs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Digital Marketing Services
SamBlogs provides Digital Marketing services, including but not limited to optimization, website analysis, and content strategies. The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Turnaround Time: The standard turnaround time for service delivery is 3 weeks following receipt of the Client’s brief. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the project or other specific requirements. A final, tailored delivery schedule will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

- Refund Policy: You can request a full refund within 24 hours of making the payment, before we begin work on your project. In case of contract cancellation, future invoices will be stopped but no prorated refunds will be granted for the current month. Once the agreed-upon deliverables are submitted, refunds will no longer be available.

- Confidentiality: All services, fees, documents, reports, and recommendations shared between SamBlogs and the Client are confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose such information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

- Search Engine Rankings: SamBlogs does not guarantee any specific search engine rankings or top positions due to the volatility of search engine algorithms, competition, or other external factors. As such, we do not promise or guarantee results such as achieving #1 or top 10 rankings for any keyword or phrase.

- Linking Policy: We are not responsible for any decisions the Client makes regarding external website links or backlinks without prior consultation. Links to low-quality websites or "link farms" may negatively affect your website’s search engine rankings and overall digital marketing performance.

- Responsibility for Third-party Changes: SamBlogs is not liable for any changes made by third parties (including other service providers) that may adversely affect the Client’s website or its search engine rankings.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your personal data. Please read our detailed Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Fulfillment Policy
Our services are rendered as agreed in the contract. If for any reason, we fail to fulfill the agreed services, you are entitled to a full refund. For cancellations or changes to your service request, please refer to the specific terms in your service agreement. Cancellations or requests for service changes must be submitted in writing.
Update to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By completing the onboarding process, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
